The century-old outdoor courtyard, which used to be at the service of the farmer (massaro), is today an exclusive and noble friendly space to enjoy during mild spring days or cool summer evenings. It has a kitchen, a stone barbecue, a dining table and a living area equipped with comfortable seats.

The external well, used in the past to collect rainwater, has been turned into a large infinity swimming pool of about 200 sqm all surrounded by a frame of white chianche and lush greenery. A stretch of salt water in which to dive gradually with a deep end of 245cm.

After a relaxing swim, you can use the nearby kitchenette equipped with a precious pizza stone oven, which dates back to the XVII century. You can freely pick up the vegetables from the organic orchard and make healthy recipes to enjoy under the shade of the grape arbor.

A little piece of heaven, made special by dry-stone walls, has been equipped as a fitness and relaxation area with a sauna under the shade of majestic and ancient oaks.
