Dear Guests,

We ask you to follow our instructions and the rules of Masseria della Croce, in order to make the service we offer you as efficient, as possible.

We suggest you to communicate, in advance, your arrival time. In this way we will have the possibility to organize your reception and eventually the required services at the best.

We are available in every moment and for anything you need. The check-in procedure takes place (upon phone call) from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. instead the check-out is at 11 a.m.

For arrivals and departures outside of the notified  time, please inform us in advance.

For late check-in (after 9 p.m.) there is an extra charge of 100€ to be paid on site.

We will ask you the ID card/Passport, simply for your protection, your data will be inserted in the portal accommodated web (State Police) and SPOT Puglia, mandatory actions. We are sorry, but people without ID card/Passport are not admitted.

The copy of the provided documents will not be given to unauthorized third parties, or people who are not part of our team in any case.

We wont accept DRIVER’S LICENSE.

We make available the entire House for our guests, all areas MUST BE RESPECTED AND KEPT CLEAN.

We try to respect the environment and we practice the garbage collection, following calendar and rules communicated inside the House.

We apologize but Masseria della Croce is not suitable for guests with motor disabilities.
